Here be Charlie. I had a crack at the Easter Island-inspired "Brookerlith" idea but it was perfectly rubbish - or more to the point, I was being perfectly rubbish when I did it - and decided to go for a sensible head and shoulders approach instead.

The temptation is to expand this sketch into a fearsome massed rank of stony Brookerliths lining the Easter Island shoreline, glaring balefully into a festering, endless televisual ocean...
